Do you have age restrictions?
Players of all ages are welcome! Children under 12 should use CandyPlay with a parent or guardian. We keep content family‑friendly and provide optional difficulty assists.
How much does it cost to play?
We offer three plans — Starter, Pro, and Ultimate. Each plan unlocks all four games for the month. Visit the Plans section for current pricing.
Can I host a birthday party or private event?
Yes! We support private online lobbies, custom challenges, and staff‑hosted tournament brackets. Email [email protected] with your date, timezone, and expected players.
How often do you host tournaments?
Weekly community challenges and a themed tournament every month. Prize pools and rules are announced on our Events page one week in advance.
Which devices are supported?
Modern browsers on desktop, iOS, and Android are supported. We recommend the latest Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Most games work with keyboard, touch, and popular controllers.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel in a few clicks from your account page. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We provide a 7‑day free trial for new members. After billing starts, refunds are handled case‑by‑case for issues like accidental charges or service problems — just contact support.
Is there offline play?
Limited offline sessions are supported for some titles via your browser cache. Scores and progress sync the next time you’re online.
Do you have parental controls?
Yes. You can restrict chat, set playtime reminders, and lock purchases. We also filter usernames and chat for safety.
How do I report a bug or player issue?
